50/50 Fault Finding Yields Defense Verdict in Cookeville Left-Turn Collision

McLemore Law PLLC obtained a defense verdict for Ty Michael Young after the Court found both drivers 50% at fault in a December 6, 2021 collision at Broad Street and Maple Avenue in Cookeville. Because liability was evenly apportioned, Tennessee Farmers Mutual Insurance Company’s subrogation claim failed and judgment was entered for the defense. No appeal was filed.
