About Me
Don Ferguson is an Attorney at McLemore Law, PLLC. He has ten years of experience in civil litigation, concentrating in personal injury claims (automobile, trucking and wrongful death), premises liability claims, products liability claims, insurance coverage evaluation, social security disability, and will and estate preparation. Don holds first chair trial experience in jury and bench trials in the state of Tennessee and has also completed the National Institute of Trial Advocacy course in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Don, originally from Wyalusing, Pennsylvania, graduated from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 2011 with a B.A. in History and an Associate’s Degree in Business. He received his law degree from Charlotte School of Law in 2015 (magna cum laude) and is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, the Middle District of Tennessee, the Western District of Tennessee, and the Eastern District of Tennessee.
Don resides in Cane Ridge, Tennessee with his wife, Keshia, a Tennessee native. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, fishing, hiking, reading, and going to Nashville Sounds games.
