This action arose from a December 6, 2021 motor vehicle incident involving Adrianna Eastep (driving a vehicle owned by Barry Eastep) and Ty Michael Young. Fault was contested. Mr. Young testified he was in the left-turn lane on Broad Street, turning onto Maple Avenue on a green left-turn arrow, and had just begun his turn when Ms. Eastep’s vehicle struck his.
